Job summary

Glazer’s Beer and Beverage in Texarkana, TX seeks a Sales Associate to maximize sales and distribution of all products on the assigned route. You will assist in marketing, merchandising and delivery efforts to meet monthly, quarterly and annual performance objectives, while building strong relationships with customers and ensuring quality products at retail outlets.

The role emphasizes maximizing retail presence, working with delivery personnel, and addressing customer needs in a timely manner

Qualifications

• Must possess a current valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and able to secure a State Sales Permit.

Responsibilities

• Maximize retail efforts through the execution of established sales and marketing programs.
• Build strong relationships with customers and delivery personnel.
• Address customer needs in a timely manner.
• Maximize retail execution within assigned accounts.
• Increase consumer awareness of brands through shelf management and product placement.
• Ensure quality of all company products is maintained for sale and consumption.
• Utilize ordering systems to ensure proper inventory and prevent stock issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
