Job summary

Gulf Distributing Co. in Jackson, MS seeks a Red Bull Driver/Sales to replenish inventory, maximize sales, and support independent channels with Cold Availability. You will merchandise, stock, and coordinate with retailers to optimize deliveries and promote pricing and promotions.

Responsibilities include daily inventory checks, POS usage, and participation in incentive programs, with emphasis on growth and customer relationships in the independent grocery/convenience sector.

Qualifications

• 1 year sales experience.
• Self starter with the ability to manage others efficiently and effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a complete sales call on all assigned accounts in the established sequence.
• Sell, deliver and merchandise all Red Bull products in accordance with RBNA standards.
• Work with retailers to equalize order quantities between their scheduled deliveries.
• Load/unload and place Red Bull refrigeration equipment and racks in accounts.
• Ensure all POS is used properly and in the right quantity.
• Keep marketing plan and tracking charts updated daily.
• Actively participate in all incentive programs.
• Maintain positive relationships with owners, managers and staff of your accounts.
• Advise and train retailers and staff on selling, merchandising, and pricing.
• End-of-day checks with inventory, money, and invoices.
• Maintain communications with GDH leadership.
• Obey all GDH policies and remain professional.
• Dress professionally and maintain appearance per policies.
• Always practice safe work habits.
• Report accidents and injuries to supervisors promptly.
• Other duties as assigned.
