Job summary

The ICEE Company is seeking a Route Sales Driver in Salem, NH to professionally represent the brand, deliver products, rotate inventory, and support in-store merchandising and promotions. You will develop strong store relationships and attend weekly Service Center meetings.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 21+ for DOT, valid license, ability to lift up to 55 lbs (70+ lbs occasionally), and steel-toed shoes. Competitive hourly pay and company benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years of age due to DOT requirements.
• Preferred two years Customer Service and/or Route Driving experience.
• Must possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to lift 55 lbs or more on a regular basis. Occasional lifting in excess of 70 lbs. required.
• Ability to Drive more than 40% of the time.
• Must have and wear steel-toed shoes.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload the company vehicle and manage daily inventory.
• Complete scheduled deliveries and ensure prompt delivery of products and promotional items.
• Discuss new products with store personnel and inform them of new promotional items.
• Ensure proper training of ICEE equipment with store personnel.
• Clean machines, replenish stock of cups/lids/straws, and refresh promotional materials.
• Document store provided PO # on invoices as needed.
• Occasionally handle COD accounts and collect payments via money orders.
• Perform weekly vehicle checks and complete DVIR.
• Handle general warehouse duties and assist with shipping/receiving of equipment, parts, and products.
• Duties may be assigned by Supervisor.
