Job summary

The ICEE Company is seeking a Route Sales Driver to represent the brand professionally and maintain strong relationships with store personnel. The role focuses on on-time product delivery, inventory rotation, in-store merchandising, and POS support across assigned routes.

You will operate with company-provided vehicle, uniforms, phone, tablet, and gas card, attending weekly meetings, and performing routine vehicle and promotional tasks.

Qualifications

• Requires customer service experience and strong communication skills.
• Demonstrates ability to merchandise products in-store and manage POS.
• Must maintain reliable relationships with store personnel and operate with minimal supervision.
• Ability to lift 55 lbs. or more and drive a route for several days per week.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload inventory for daily route and count inventory at shift start/end.
• Deliver scheduled products and promotional items on time.
• Coordinate with store personnel on new products and promotions.
• Ensure proper operation training for ICEE equipment where needed.
• Perform weekly vehicle checks and basic warehouse duties as assigned.
