Job summary

The ICEE team in West Sacramento, CA is hiring a Route Sales Driver. You will deliver products, rotate inventory, complete invoices, and maintain promotional materials with minimal supervision. You will also train store staff on equipment use and perform vehicle and warehouse duties as needed.

Minimum age 21 due to DOT, HS diploma, and a valid license required. Expect a physical role with lifting and driving >40% of the time, plus benefits and a comprehensive pay package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years old due to DOT requirements.
• Preferred two years Customer Service and/or Route Driving experience.
• Must possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to lift 55 lbs. or more regularly; occasional 70+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload company vehicle and complete inventory checks at shift start/end.
• Complete scheduled deliveries and ensure prompt delivery of products and promos.
• Discuss new products with store personnel and inform about promotions.
• Ensure ICEE equipment training for store personnel not familiar with machine operation.
• Clean machines, replenish cups/lids/straws, and refresh promotional materials.
• Document store PO numbers on invoices as required.
• Handle COD accounts and collect payments as directed.
• Perform weekly DVIR and routine vehicle checks.
• Perform general warehouse duties: cleaning, organizing, shipping/receiving.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
