Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated in Lima, OH is seeking a Bulk Account Merchandiser to sell, order, and present products on assigned routes.

You will collaborate with store personnel to execute promotions, manage orders, and ensure correct merchandising while following safety and quality guidelines. You will be responsible for promoting products, fulfilling orders, and maintaining attractive displays across accounts, contributing to revenues and gross profit.

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs. repetitively).
• Career-minded and highly competitive nature.

Responsibilities

• Manages, sells, and executes in an assigned group of customers on daily routes and generates sales orders to ensure day-to-day success and contribute to revenue, volume and gross profit.
• Executes promotions and new products based on target lists and promotions to ensure excellence in RED scores for assigned customers.
• Fills, merchandises, and rotates products on display and shelf according to procedures and programs.
• Organizes and maintains back room by stacking and arranging product by package and flavor and manages returns of pallets and damaged items.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials and ensures proper operation with vendors.
