Super Source Inc. is seeking a Route Sales Manager to service an established customer base in Charleston, SC.

You will manage your own route, deliver products, and build strong relationships while growing accounts through inventory management and product recommendations. The role offers a base salary of $50K–$55K during training, with transition to a commission-based plan and bonus potential; top performers earn $70K–$80K+ and receive a company vehicle, phone, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• CDL Class C with HazMat endorsement preferred (not required) — we provide training and certification assistance.

Responsabilités

• Manage and grow an assigned customer route.
• Deliver products while maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Help customers manage inventory levels and ordering needs.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or introduce new products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns quickly.
• Communicate customer needs with internal teams.
