Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a role requiring heavy public contact.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to obtain DOT certification to operate DOT regulated vehicles.
• Must have a clean driving record for 5 years.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and operations staff.
• Capable of selling products to customers and maintaining relationships.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales expectations and promote route growth, service agreement renewal, and customer retention.
• Identify opportunities to solicit new business and increase revenue with current customers and new accounts.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and provide outstanding service with an account ownership mindset.
• Focus on account retention and respond promptly to customer issues and opportunities.
• Ensure safe loading/unloading of products, on-time deliveries, stocking, rotation, and truck cleanliness.
• Operate company vehicles safely and comply with DOT requirements.
• Maintain daily accounting of monies and products according to guidelines.
• Communicate with management regarding customers and issues, including competitors in locations.
