Job summary

Aramark Route Sales Relief Driver Jumper is responsible for growing the customer base, renewing service agreements, and retaining clients while delivering and stocking products according to schedule.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, DOT certification eligibility, a clean driving record over 5 years, and strong communication with clients and operations teams. Applicants must be able to work independently and safely operate company vehicles.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a role requiring heavy public contact.
• High School Diploma/ G.E.D required
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to obtain DOT certification to operate DOT regulated vehicles.
• Must have clean driving record for 5 years.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and operations staff.
• Ability to respond quickly to changing demands.
• Proficient or training to sell products to customers.
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Valid CMV driver record and license.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales expectations and promote route growth, service agreement renewal, and customer retention to enhance profitability.
• Identify opportunities to solicit new business and increase revenue by selling new items to current customers and by obtaining new accounts.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and provide outstanding customer service with an ownership mindset.
• Focus on account retention and respond promptly to customer issues and opportunities to improve the account.
• Ensure products are loaded/unloaded safely, stocked, rotated, and maintained.
• Operate Company vehicles safely and in compliance with DOT requirements.
• Verify daily vehicle maintenance and keep interior clean and organized.
