Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA in Williamsport, PA is hiring a Route Rider to merchandise and stock products, drive sales, and build strong customer relationships with store accounts. The role requires a valid driver’s license, clean DOT medical card, and the ability to safely operate a route truck.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Must be able to obtain a DOT medical card.
• Chauffer license may be required in select states (IN, MI, TN).
• 1–3 years in Direct Sales Distribution (DSD) preferred.
• Ability to read and speak English sufficiently for reports and customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise, stock, and ensure proper rotation of products on store shelves and displays.
• Drive sales by securing new display space and using data to inform strategies.
• Follow up on new account opportunities and build strong customer relationships.
• Introduce new products and services to maximize shelf space and sales.
• Conduct daily route settlements for products, invoices, and cash.
• Safely drive the route truck and complete DOT daily logs.
• Submit required documentation and deposits on time.
