Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a dedicated delivery driver for Boise, Idaho. You will operate a PepsiCo truck on a local route, delivering orders to stores, collecting proof of delivery, and unloading while stocking shelves and rotating inventory to keep products fresh.

As a full-time role, it includes on-the-job training and opportunities to build relationships with store managers to grow sales and execute initiatives across the local market.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.
