Job summary

PepsiCo in Bend, Oregon is seeking a full-time route delivery professional to service local stores. You will drive a PepsiCo truck on a scheduled route, deliver orders, and collect proof of delivery as needed.

You will unload product, stock shelves, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness for customers. The role involves building strong relationships with store managers to drive sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.
