Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country is seeking a Route Sales Driver to expand beverage distribution and strengthen customer relationships across designated Minnesota routes. You will sell, deliver, and merchandize products, ensure optimal shelf presence, and support account development daily.

Ideal candidates will have CDL eligibility, strong communication, and reliable attendance, with the ability to lift heavy loads and operate equipment safely.

Qualifications

• Must obtain Class A CDL within 90 days of starting.
• Experience operating CDL tractors and trailers and hand-trucks.
• Ability to pass DOT physical requirements and maintain safety standards.
• Strong communication and reliability for daily routes.

Responsibilities

• Grow volume in assigned accounts through product sales and display.
• Deliver and sell products on a daily basis to accounts.
• Ensure accounts are merchandised according to standards.
• Maintain POS advertising and manage backroom organization.
• Invoice and collect monies due; maintain accurate cash and assets.
• Build strong relationships with account personnel and provide customer service.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies; work weekends/holidays as needed.
