Job summary

PepsiCo seeks a route sales associate to sell and deliver products to stores along an established route, including convenience stores and small retailers. You will drive a Class A CDL, perform selling duties, stock shelves, and set up promotional displays while managing orders and cash settlement.

Primary responsibilities include merchandising, building store relationships, and ensuring on-time delivery with consistent attendance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years old.
• Valid U.S. CDL with Non-Excepted Interstate Status.
• Pass DOT Physical and DOT Road Test.
• Pass physical capability (if applicable).
• Adhere to DOT Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Sell and execute all promotions.
• Service all scheduled customers by end of shift.
• Deliver products to store.
• Rotate products in backroom and on shelves.
• Comply with procedures (scan-in/scan-out, route).
• Deliver customer service and build rapport with store staff.
• Merchandise accounts to local standards.
• Establish positive relationships with primary contact at each account.
• Maintain regular, reliable attendance.
