Job summary

PepsiCo Beverages North America seeks a route-based sales and delivery professional to sell, deliver, and stock products at stores along an established route, including convenience and gas stores, small supermarkets, and restaurants.

The role requires driving a Class A CDL, building displays, managing promotions, and handling orders, invoices, and cash settlements, with frequent interaction with store management. Physical effort includes lifting and stocking beverages on shelves and backrooms.

Qualifications

• 21 years or older
• Valid U.S. CDL with Non-Excepted Interstate Status
• Pass DOT Physical and DOT Road Test
• Pass physical capability
• Adhere to DOT Regulations
• Experience in retail or sales is helpful
• Mileage reimbursement for routes using personal vehicle

Responsibilities

• Sell and execute all promotions
• Service all scheduled customers by the end of shift
• Deliver products to store
• Rotate products in the backroom and on the shelf
• Comply with operating procedures (scan-in/scan-out, route)
• Deliver customer service (communication, rapport, attentiveness)
• Merchandise all accounts to local standards
• Establish positive relationships with primary contact at each account
• Regular, reliable attendance
