Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a primary store-level sales person to sell and deliver products along an established route to convenience stores, gas stations, small supermarkets, drug stores, and restaurants.

You will stock shelves, build displays, rotate products, place future orders, and handle daily cash settlements while maintaining regular attendance and delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 21 years or older
• Valid U.S. CDL with Non-Excepted Interstate Status (if applicable)
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Pass DOT Physical and DOT Road-test
• Pass physical capability (if applicable)
• Adhere to DOT Regulations

Responsibilities

• Sell and execute all promotions
• Service all scheduled customers by the end of shift
• Deliver products to store
• Merchandise all accounts to local standards
• Establish positive working relationships with primary contact at each account
• Completes daily settlement of accounts (paperwork, cash accounting & reconciling) — Regular, reliable, predictable attendance
