Job summary

Route Management Services LLC in McKinney, TX is seeking a Route Sales Driver to deliver bakery products, build strong customer relationships, and grow your own route. This full-time role offers independence and the chance to increase earnings through additional hours.

You must have a valid driver's license, pass DOT requirements, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Prior Route Sales/DSD experience is required and you will operate with autonomy on your route.

Qualifications

• Must have prior Route Sales, Delivery Driver, or Direct Store Delivery (DSD) experience.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License and maintain a clean MVR.
• Pass background check and drug screening; meet all DOT requirements.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds throughout the day.
• Demonstrates strong customer service and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fresh bread and bakery products to grocery stores and local retail customers along your assigned route.
• Build strong relationships with customers by providing outstanding service and reliable delivery.
• Ensure products are properly stocked, rotated, and displayed.
• Manage inventory and maintain accurate product accountability.
• Identify sales opportunities and promote additional products to increase route revenue.
• Operate your route efficiently while meeting delivery schedules and customer expectations.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive customer experience at every stop.
