Flowers Foods, Inc. is seeking a Route Sales Director to lead a team of Route Sales Supervisors, Representatives and Trainees. You will manage customer relationships, execute sales strategies on company routes, and drive growth while ensuring compliance with company standards.

The role requires flexibility to work non-traditional hours and weekends; salary range is $80k–$85k per year with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Sales or Business Administration.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in general management or sales.
• Minimum 1 year in retail sales in food and beverage preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel and work non-traditional hours.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and lead a team of Route Sales Supervisors, Route Sales Representatives and Route Sales Trainees.
• Oversee general business operations on assigned company operated routes.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow customer base and brand recognition.
• Meet with customers regularly to promote sales and maintain relationships.
• Ensure accurate route settlements and compliance with company policies.
• Stay current on consumer insights and adjust sales strategies.
