Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a route driver in Pittsfield, MA to service local stores with care. You will drive a PepsiCo truck, deliver orders, unload and stock shelves, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness.

You'll build relationships with store managers, participate in on-the-job training, and work in a fast-paced environment with lifting and movement of product throughout the shift. This full-time role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain licensure as required by state law.
• Able to frequently lift 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.

Quick Look

• Pay: $67,200.00 Annual Target
• Location: Pittsfield, MA
• Work Days: Two days off per week, Rotating Days (Includes Weekends).
• Start Time: 3:00 am - 6:00 am
• End Time: End time is when work is completed

Minimum Qualifications
