Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a route delivery driver to service Sandpoint, ID, delivering products to local stores and maintaining stock levels. You will operate PepsiCo trucks, check in orders, and ensure freshness by rotating inventory throughout your shift. Training is provided and you’ll build relationships with store managers to grow sales.

The role offers full-time hours with a fast-paced environment and opportunities for long-term career growth within PepsiCo.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives

• Work Days: Days off may alternate week to week
• Start Time: 3:00 AM - 5:00 AM
• End Time: when work is completed
