Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in Quincy, IL is seeking a route delivery partner to stock shelves for Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos and to cover vacations. The role features a flexible schedule and a 3:00am–6:30am start time with 5 days on, 2 days off in a 7-day period.

You will drive a PepsiCo truck on a local route, deliver and check in orders, unload product, rotate inventory, and maintain records with training provided. Build strong relationships with store managers to support national and local initiatives.

Qualifications

• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without accommodation

Quick Look

• Pay: $64,000 Annual Target

• Location: Quincy, IL

• Work Days: RSA main role is to cover vacations so schedule will be flexible. Meaning days off will change from week to week & schedule is communicated 4 weeks in advance. All associates will be scheduled to work 5 days and off 2 in a given 7 day work week.

• Start Time: Standardized start times are from 3:00am - 6:30am and will be based on weekly work schedule

• End Time: End time is when work is completed.

Minimum Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation
