Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in North Augusta, SC is seeking a route delivery driver to service local stores with care and efficiency. The position involves loading, delivering, and verifying orders, with starts around 4AM for large routes or 6AM for small routes.

Responsibilities include unloading, stocking, rotating inventory, and maintaining daily records with provided tools. Expect on-the-job training and a fast-paced environment with possible long days but capped at regulatory limits.

• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers

• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives

Quick Look

• Pay: $64,000/YR Annual Target

• Location: North Augusta, SC

• Work Days: Schedule changes weekly, Two days off guaranteed but not necessarily consecutive. Covering vacations and leaves of absence, so days depend on what they are covering.

• Start Time: 4AM for Large Format Routes and 6AM for Small format routes – we have set start times for each route

• End Time: When all stops are complete, no set end time. We are DOT regulated and cannot work over 14 hours. Most routes take 10-12 hours per day to complete.

Minimum Qualifications
