Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in Ladson, SC is seeking a full-time route driver to deliver and stock products for local stores. Start times vary by route: 4 AM for Large Format Routes and 6 AM for Small Format Routes; most routes run 10–12 hours and DOT regulations cap shifts at 14 hours.

As a team member you will unload, stock shelves, check deliveries, and build relationships with store managers to grow sales. Candidates must be 21+, hold a valid driver’s license with insurance, and be able to lift 40 lbs

Quick Look

• Pay: $64,000/YR Annual Target


• Location: Ladson, SC


• Work Days: Schedule changes weekly, two days off guaranteed but not necessarily consecutive. Covering vacations and leaves of absence, so days depend on what they are covering.


• Start Time: 4AM for Large Format Routes and 6AM for Small format routes – we have set start times for each route


• End Time: End time varies on route completion and business needs. We are DOT regulated and cannot work over 14 hours. Most routes take 10-12 hours per day to complete.

Minimum Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older


• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law


• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation

What You’ll Do
