Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is hiring for a full-time route delivery role in Lawton, OK. The position starts early (4:00am) and ends around midday, with a variable schedule and two days off per week.

You will drive a PepsiCo truck, deliver and check in orders, unload products, stock shelves, and rotate inventory while building relationships with store managers. Qualifications include being 21+, having a valid driver’s license with insurance proof, and the ability to lift 40 lbs. frequently.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
