Job summary

PepsiCo seeks a full-time delivery driver in Indianapolis, IN to operate a PepsiCo truck on a local route and deliver and check in orders with store teams. You will unload, stock shelves, rotate inventory for freshness, and build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales.

The role requires 21+ years of age, a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance, and the ability to lift 40 lbs. Training is provided; schedule may vary and work days are five per week.

• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.

• Start Time: 4am

• End Time: When work is completed, roughly 9-11 hours a day
