Job summary

PepsiCo is hiring a route delivery associate in Great Bend, KS. Drive a PepsiCo truck on local routes, deliver and check in orders, stock shelves, rotate inventory for freshness, and maintain records using provided tools.

You will join a high-energy, full-time team with on-the-job training, early starts around 2am–6am, and schedules that vary by route to cover the local area and other locations.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives

• Pay: $62,100 Yearly Targeted Performance Pay Annual Target

• Location: Great Bend, KS

• Work Days: Five-day workweek with two varying days off. Employees can expect 45+ hours per week, with schedules changing based on the route assigned. Route coverage is throughout area and other locations, which may require different workdays and days off each week.

• Start Time: 2am and 6am (Average 4am)

• End Time: Workdays can vary from 8-12 hours depending on market selling through
