Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in Wapakoneta, OH is seeking a full-time route driver to service local stores. You will drive a PepsiCo truck on a daily route, deliver and check in orders, unload product, stock shelves and rotate inventory to ensure freshness.

You will build strong relationships with store managers, manage inventory, and use provided tools to record orders and maintain accurate records. A $3,000 sign-on bonus will be paid over the first two years.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance; ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Able to frequently lift 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, rotate inventory for freshness and quality.
• Order product and maintain records using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales and execute initiatives.
