Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in Olathe, CO is seeking a route delivery driver to serve local stores. You’ll drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, deliver and check in orders, unload product, stock shelves, and rotate inventory.

Start time is 4 AM with days off varying by week; 2 days off per week, and you may work 6–10 days straight. Training is provided along with health and lifestyle benefits and opportunities for long-term growth.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.
