Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a full-time driver to operate a PepsiCo truck on a local Wilmington, MA route. The role involves delivering and checking in orders, unloading and stocking shelves, and maintaining records with provided tools. You will build relationships with store managers to support sales initiatives and ensure product freshness.

Candidates must be 21+, hold a valid driver's license with proof of insurance, and be able to lift 40 lbs. frequently, with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
