Job summary

PepsiCo in Alexandria, LA is hiring a route delivery driver to service local stores and ensure timely delivery of products. Start time is 4:00AM, with shifts ending when work is completed, and responsibilities include driving, unloading, stocking, and inventory checks.

You will train on provided tools and build strong relationships with store managers to grow sales and execute local initiatives while maintaining high standards of freshness and quality.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.
