Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in Webster, TX is seeking a full-time delivery driver to operate on a multi-stop local route. You will drive a PepsiCo truck, deliver and check in orders, unload products, stock shelves, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness for customers.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Must be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.

Quick Look

• Pay: $67,200 Annual Target
• Location: Webster, TX
• Work Days: Variable work schedule, 2 days off per week
• Start Time: 3 to 5 am depending on the route they are covering
• End Time: When route is complete
