Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in Zanesville, OH is hiring a delivery driver to serve local stores on a full-time route. The role starts early, with shifts around 4:00 am and ends when work is complete, backed by on-the-job training.

You will unload, stock, rotate inventory, and build relationships with store managers to grow sales and execute national and local initiatives. Compensation is $65,000 annually, with full benefits and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
