Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is hiring a delivery driver in West Bend, WI. Start time around 4-5am, with days varying as you begin in the relief pool. You will drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, deliver and check in orders, unload product, stock shelves, rotate inventory, and build strong relationships with store managers to support sales initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Ability to frequently lift 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.
