Job summary

PepsiCo in Clarksville, TN is seeking a reliable delivery driver to join our route team and serve local stores with care.

You will drive a PepsiCo truck, deliver and check in orders, unload and stock shelves, rotate inventory for freshness, and build strong relationships with store managers to help grow sales and execute national and local initiatives. On-the-job training is provided and full-time benefits support a long-term career at PepsiCo.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives

• Pay: $62,100 a year Annual Target
• Location: Clarksville, TN
• Work Days: Schedule varies based on business needs.
• Start Time: Between 3am and 6am depending on format. Subject to change based on business need.
• End Time: When work is completed
