Job summary

PepsiCo in Washington, IA is seeking a route sales position to deliver popular brands and keep shelves stocked for local communities.

You'll drive a PepsiCo truck, deliver orders, unload products, stock displays, and rotate stock to ensure freshness. Training is provided and you will build strong relationships with store managers to grow sales.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.
