Job summary

PepsiCo in Tomah, WI is seeking a route sales & merchandising professional to drive a PepsiCo truck on a local route, delivering to stores and stocking shelves.

You will unload, check in orders, rotate inventory, and build relationships with store managers to grow sales. Must be 21+, valid license, ability to lift 40 lbs; on-the-job training provided.

Qualifications

• Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.
