Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a full-time delivery driver to operate on a Ventura, CA route. You will deliver and check in orders, unload and stock products, and maintain shelves while building strong relationships with local store teams.

Eligible candidates have a valid driver’s license, can lift 40 lbs frequently, and meet the minimum age requirement. On-the-job training and a competitive benefits package are provided.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Stock shelves and keep products stocked in-community to support store demand

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives

Pay: $72500 Annual Target

Schedule: Generic, 3am-5am - 1pm-4pm
