Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. Cameron, Wisconsin is hiring a full-time route delivery driver on a shift that starts early and covers local stores with a focus on service, accuracy, and inventory control.

You will load, deliver, stock, and rotate shelves while maintaining strong relationships with store managers and teams. The role includes on-the-job training, a fast-paced environment, and long-term career growth within a leading beverage company.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives

Quick Look

• Pay: $64,000 Annual Target

• Location: Cameron, Wisconsin

• Work Days: Working 5 days per week with 2 days off that vary. Work week will be 45+ hours/week spread over 5 days of each week. Working days will change depending on the route being covered for the week. Ex. I am covering route #ABC123 with days off TUE/WED

• Start Time: 2am and 6am (Average 4am)

• End Time: Workdays can vary from 8-12 hours depending on market selling through
