Job summary

PepsiCo is hiring for a full-time route delivery driver in Safford, AZ. You will drive a PepsiCo truck to local stores, deliver and verify orders, unload products, stock shelves, rotate inventory, and maintain daily records using provided tools.

Build strong relationships with store managers to support sales initiatives. The role includes on-the-job training, a high-energy environment, and competitive pay with meaningful benefits.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Bring beloved brands like Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos to your community and keep shelves stocked for the people who depend on them.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives

Quick Look Pay: $64,000 Annual Target

Location: Hwy 70 & Montierith Ln, Safford AZ 85546

Schedule: Variable work schedule, 2 days off per week, 3-6am - When work is completed, 10 hour days usually
