Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a dedicated route delivery driver to service local stores in Port Orchard, WA. This full-time role reports to the local distribution network and requires physically capable applicants who can lift and maneuver product throughout the shift.

You will drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, deliver orders, stock shelves, maintain records, and build strong relationships with store teams to support sales initiatives and displays.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives

• Pay: $70,400 Annual Target

• Location: 1435 Lumsden Rd, Port Orchard, WA, 98367-9179

• Schedule: Variable schedule, 2 days off per week, 3:00 am - When route is complete. Average 9-10 hours per day.
