Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is hiring a delivery driver to service local stores in Mansfield, OH. You will operate a PepsiCo truck on a fixed route, delivering orders and maintaining POS displays throughout the day.

The role involves lifting up to 40 lbs, working five days with rotating off days, and starting early at approximately 4:00 am. On‑the‑job training is provided and opportunities for growth exist within PepsiCo.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route delivering to local stores.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams and collect proof of delivery.
• Unload product, stock shelves, rotate inventory for freshness.
• Place orders and maintain daily records using provided tools.
• Build relationships with store managers to grow sales and secure displays.

Minimum Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law

What You’ll Do

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
