Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Sales & Merchandising driver for Garden City, KS. You will operate a PepsiCo truck on a routine route, serve local stores, unload products, stock shelves, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness for customers.

The role is full-time with a five-day workweek and two varying days off. Expect 45+ hours per week, with schedule changes based on the route. Start times are early, with shifts lasting 8–12 hours depending on market needs.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to get other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
