The role starts between 3am and 6am, requires weekend availability, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Training is provided and health benefits apply.

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.

• Unload product, stock shelves and rotate inventory for freshness and quality.
• Order product and maintain records using provided tools (training provided).
• Build relationships with store managers to grow sales and execute initiatives.

Quick Look

• Pay: $62,100/Year Annual Target
• Location: Dickson, TN
• Work Days: RSAs are part of the relief pool to cover Vacations and LOAs. Must be available to work any day of the week Sunday through Saturday. Days off will rotate, schedule is subject to change based on business need. Set off days once a route is bid on and won.
• Start Time: Between 3am and 6am depending on format. Subject to change based on business need.
• End Time: When work is completed

What You'll Do

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care

• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
