Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a delivery driver in Carthage, MS who will start as early as 2am–6am and work flexible days based on business needs. The role requires driving a PepsiCo truck, delivering to local stores, stocking shelves, and maintaining records with provided tools.

You will build relationships with store managers to support national and local initiatives and ensure on-time deliveries. As a full-time team member, you’ll receive on-the-job training, participate in a fast-paced

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.
