Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a dedicated Delivery Driver to serve Lawrenceville, IL and surrounding areas. You will operate a PepsiCo truck on a defined route, delivering products to local stores and checking in orders with store teams.

You will unload, stock, and rotate products to ensure freshness, while maintaining records with provided tools. Strong customer relations and reliable scheduling are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to obtain state licensure as required by law.
• Able to frequently lift 40 lbs with or without accommodation.

Quick Look

Pay: $64,000 Annual Target

Location: Lawrenceville, IL

Work Days: RSA main role is to cover vacations so schedule will be flexible. Meaning days off will change from week to week & schedule is communicated 4 weeks in advance. All associates will be scheduled to work 5 days and off 2 in a given 7 day work week

Start Time: Standardized start times are from 3:00am - 6:30am and will be based on weekly work schedule

End Time: End time is when work is completed.

Minimum Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Bring beloved brands like Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos to your community and keep shelves stocked for the people who depend on them.

What You’ll Do

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
