Southwind, the owners of 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, is hiring a Customer Experience Lead in Minneapolis to energize our on-site team and deliver outstanding service with a sales-driven approach.

You'll manage on-site pricing conversations, close deals, and provide clear estimates while coordinating safe junk removal from homes and businesses. This role offers room for growth and a competitive benefits package.

Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $28-$32/hr (Profit Share + Tips + $16.50/hr)

Role Overview: As a Customer Experience Lead, you’ll bring energy, professionalism, and salesmanship to every job.

We promote from within whenever possible!Pay Range: Average $31/hr Total Compensation

• $16.50 Base hourly rate
• Tips
• Uncapped profit share & performance incentives
• Overtime
• 1 mandatory weekend shift
• 3-4 weekday shifts
• Shifts run 8-10 hours and typically begin at 7am or 12pm depending on business needs
• Must maintain availability for 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day every week

Company-Wide Standards (Required for All Roles):
DOT Medical Certification

• A valid DOT Medical Card is required for driving commercial vehicles.
• We’ll set it up and cover the full cost of obtaining your DOT Medical Certification.
