Job summary

Alsco Uniforms is seeking a Route Relief/Utility RSR to support the Service Department by covering routes, performing service tasks, and enhancing customer service. Reports to the District Manager and joins a team focused on reliable textile loads, on-time deliveries, and proactive customer communications.

The role involves up-selling, cross-selling, and assisting in rush deliveries, renewals, audits, and training as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license, 21+ years old.
• Minimum one year of safe driving experience.
• Excellent customer service and route sales.
• Strong English communication and time management.

Responsibilities

• Perform all responsibilities of a Route Sales Representative and related tasks.
• Learn and support all routes; cover routes during holidays or vacancies.
• Assist in rush deliveries, renewals, audits, and training as assigned by supervision.
• Solicit new customers and up-sell/cross-sell across all lines of service.
• Follow company policies regarding new customers and service management.
• Ensure timely and accurate route paperwork and payments processing.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and conduct regular inspections.
• Return from route with proper handling of textiles and inventory.
• Provide outstanding customer service and build customer relationships.
