Job summary

Reddy Ice is seeking a routing analyst to plan and publish light-duty routes for our field service technicians using last-mile routing software. This role supports daily and monthly planning within the Reddy Ice ecosystem and may assist with night-time heavy-duty route planning.

You will apply lean principles, value stream mapping, and Kaizen to identify improvements, collaborate with teams, and ensure safe, efficient delivery.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 3+ Years of experience with last mile delivery software.
• 3+ years of experience in route planning.
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and publish light-duty routes for the Reddy Ice ecosystem on a daily and monthly basis.
• Assist in nightly heavy duty (HD) assets route planning operations when required.
• Apply lean principles and use tools (VSM, Kaizen, A3) to drive process improvements.
