Job summary

Reddy Ice Holdings, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented logistics planner to optimize last-mile routing for our field service technicians. You will publish daily and monthly routes within the Reddy Ice ecosystem and support nightly HD asset routing when needed.

In this role you will apply lean principles, participate in Kaizen and value-stream mapping activities, and collaborate with teams to improve delivery efficiency and customer service across our nationwide network.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience with last mile delivery software.
• 3+ years of experience in route planning.
• Proficiency with MS Office including Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan last-mile routes for field service technicians daily.
• Assist in nightly heavy-duty assets route planning.
• Lead Kaizen and value stream mapping activities.
• Apply lean tools (VSM, Kaizen, A3) to improve processes.
• Ensure safety and ethical standards in daily operations.
