Placements24 is seeking a detail-oriented Route Planner Specialist to join our logistics team. Based in Welkom, you will design and optimize daily delivery routes, considering traffic, windows, and vehicle capacity. You will collaborate with dispatchers and drivers to ensure clear instructions and efficient service.

You will monitor routes in real-time, analyze performance, and implement improvements while maintaining safety and company policy compliance. A hybrid work arrangement is offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in route planning, logistics coordination, or similar role.
• Proficiency with route optimization software (Route4Me, OptimoRoute, or similar).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent understanding of geographical areas and traffic patterns relevant to Welkom and surrounding regions.
